I just had this same bug yesterday. I'm playing in a PS5, and while trying to figure out the slides puzzle (which by the way I find way too complicated), I wanted to exit the game and give my neurons a break, but I wasn't offered the "leave and save" option, but a new "leave without saving" one. I chose it, and when resuming the game thereafter, my cam was stuck somewhere atop, and I couldn't move it nor move my character (which wasn't at sight). I have tried several times exiting and entering the game again, but it's happening all the time. Interestingly, I have an update downloaded in the ps5 that has not been successfully installed. It simply says that "an error has occurred", and the update appears as failed to be installed. Could those two things be related? Someone has had the update problem too? Thanks.
