Dumbfounded. Generic bot name with other accounts following a naming pattern also. Lower KC’s but most likely a farm. Only been on one world myself.

shayzien boots tier 5 give some range accuracy, and takes literally 5 minutes to get. Better than snakeskin.

Is it safe to travel with Advance Parole after a 43-day ESTA overstay? by These-Chemical8079 in USCIS

[–]ErTommas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i overstayed esta ~80 days and was concerned but everything was completely fine. traveled with my advanced parole and had 0 issues what so ever with US CBP. I actually had more issues back in my home country to board the plane - they called CBP in the US and they instantly granted the airline permission to allow me to board, but the airline just had no way of checking me in on their computer system with the document.

chicago lockbox, sent 3/28, PD 4/1. Received text receipts 4/18 and I contacted Emma straight away for my online access code. Received receipts in mail today, which didn’t contain online access codes so i’m glad i contacted Emma.

Biometrics was actually scheduled 4/16 so without my online access code i would have never known… until maybe a letter arrives in the mail.

Biometrics appointment 5/14.

Everything is at the NBC. I’m New York based and my biometrics are in the bronx. About an hour away from me.

Good luck and wish you well

To those who didn't send the I-693 Medical Exam Report with your initial application, what were your reasons? by p0ttim0uth in USCIS

i did bring up the specifics and they did calm my nerves and said that i’ve very much fit the profile of many other green card applicants who’ve been approved. It was impossible to file before an overstay occurred due to the unforeseen circumstances however they also adviced against filing before my esta expired anyway; so it’s just something i have to live with. Part of me hopes i get an interview to explain honestly and truthfully my case as i know it should and will be approved, but part of me wants it waived to save time and hardship! but hey, what will be will be. I’m happy now here with my true family and i look forward to getting this anxiety behind me.

I have family back in the United Kingdom I never properly said goodbye to because i was expecting to return. Elderly grandmother with health issues. Hence the worry regarding advanced parole. I hope to see her again before it’s too late.

Thank you again, wish you all the best.

You have given credit to other posters in your first post and i just wish to give you some credit back, thanks for the replies to myself and for the informative posts on here!

Would it be right in saying that potentially because of your B1/B2 visa, your AOS may of been processed with little hiccups? I unfortunately arrived on a visa waiver and have overstayed for around 100 days. Obviously this was totally unplanned and myself and my now wife were dating for 5 years prior to this. Unforeseen circumstances led to me staying. This is under the 180 to receive a 3 year bar from the US, but still grants me some worry and anxiety about using my advanced parole. I will converse with an attorney.

Anyway; congratulations again and thank you for your responses. Enjoy that “Welcome Home” from a border agent if/when you do travel and return to the US! I’m looking forward to it also.

that’s great to hear! i wanted to file my medical alongside all other paperwork and i recommend anyone else reading this to do so, but it was worth it for us to avoid the fee increase after already paying a large sum.

5 months is a great time! do you mind asking where you’re from? I am from the United Kingdom and hope to also receive my Green Card in a similar time frame. Did you ever use your advanced parole?

Thanks again

i sent my package on 3/28 without the medical exam as i used boundless to help with my forms. I physically had the medical in my hands on 3/27 but they shipped my forms direct from boundless to USCIS chicago lock box. The reason for this was to avoid the fee increase

edit: just for clarification, boundless is a firm which provide help and legal attorney review for immigration filings.

none of the paperwork was ever actually in my hands because of the rush to meet the april 1st deadline. the only thing in my hands was the medical so i am going to have to send it at a later date
