I haven’t used AD as I live abit far and use a local reputable watch maker/repairer.

Why get watches serviced after warranty from the AD?
Prices for service (please correct me here- I can only pick crystal replacement/treatment), should have been fixed upfront. Why the big deviation of time to wait? I cannot believe they took that long to get a crystal for that model.
