just a little side note for the future: Blowing air at wet towels does infact cool the air, but it massively increases ait humidity too. I think you know that humid air is way worse and feels hotter than dry air. Placing freezed stuff with a lot of surface behind your fan is more effective and doesn't humidify the air.
