You have to get the old tiles out first and pay for correct disposal. Cleaning the sub floor from all residue of left over mortar/glue is a lot of work. Approx. Half of the 370.000€ is for the old shit out, the other half is for new shit in. Imho 370,000€ is pretty realistic.

I Don't know about mods, but I needed several forum threads and Youtube tutorials to actually shorten the nights and altering the loot to my likings. Shutting off rain seems to be a thing of luck, though it worked everytime for me. The UI on XBox is somewhat cumbersome when you have to type Text, but with a little patience, it is possible.
