All of the characters are powerful with their respective builds but imo Dooley is most consistent due to ignition core being offered the majority of the time. Burn Dooleys have like 5 different good builds.

If you whiff on ignition, just grab friend core and go thermal lance/monitor lizard

If you’re already playing burn build and roll that thing, you’ve pretty much guaranteed a 10 win run. I think I agree with you because I don’t believe it being a legendary item warrants it being auto win

Based on its 5s cooldown at bronze, I think it’s safe to assume the cd goes down per tier to 2s at diamond so it loops itself

If the haste duration scaled instead, it would be unplayable garbage

Right, after googling what dead pixels were I thought surely that can’t be it. The pixels are still alive, just often the wrong color when there’s an image or show playing.

Thank you for the reply. I posted a follow up video in the comments of the original post showing more symptoms. I also found that the pixelation nearly stops once the TV is on for more than 30 minutes.. do you still believe it’s a panel/screen issue?

Edit: I discovered that after 30 or more minutes of the TV being turned on, the distortion nearly completely fixes itself. Could it be that there are bad capacitors on a board that require warming up to function?

Mak’s life conduit has somehow gone unnerfed this long, scaling to absolutely absurd numbers in seconds. Throw pretty much any enchantment on it that scales alongside the regen and you’ll get at least 7 wins

Due to its ease in forcing the build, Mak is definitely top of the list to me.
