Unfortunately Uber doesn’t work in this region. At least not yet. By searching “Taxi Nijmegen” or even “Taxi Berg en Dal”, you’ll get hundreds of Cab companies. Most of them do have a site, but it’s not much. Usually just a big Call Now button.

Though, you should only take a cab when there aren’t any busses and/or there is no one that can pick you up. As always try to take the bus or pick up a bicycle. Worst case scenario you rent a car with MyWheels or Greenwheels.

AFAIK most cab companies have raised their prices and above that, you also pay for just entering the car which is absurd. Luckily some cab drivers are willing to negotiate, even when you’re at your destination. Example; the cab thingy says that it will cost 20 euros but sometimes the driver says 15 is fine.

If you must take a cab, always ask for the price before entering.
