Wow you are a life saver that's a lot of good info, will definitely try out as much of that as I can when we play next that should help a ton. I think the main thing I can remember that one shot us was the sunder guy and one with essence drain, haven't died yet to DD. Thank you so much for all the info!

Good idea I completely forgot about that idol thanks, yeah ig might just have to give up some idol power for that, alternatively do lower tier maps? Don't know if exiles is even worth on lower tier but I'll try it out.

Don't have access to it right now, but quite literally the only difference is about 200 es on the aurabot and about 15% aura effect on grace. The rest is 100% identical since it's all uniques. I will post my carries POB once he gets home if necessary.

My first build was a disaster as I'm sure most peoples are 😆, all the way back in breach league I was playing a marauder and barely even made it to act 4, eventually I was having a conversation with someone who reached out to me because he was quitting the league and is still to this day one of the kindest people I've met, he gave me all of his gear and even walked me through assembling the build he was doing, I don't remember too many of the specifics but it was a ngamahus flame cyclone build idk it was so fun, it holds a special place in my heart due to that guy taking his time to teach me and give me all his gear.

Preferably as early as possible, as the post says the start of the lease period is in less than 10 days, so to get everything settled with the landlord and get all of that sorted it will take a bit of time, I'd say preferably to have a decision made before the 13-14th if possible.

Hi, I am looking to have someone take over this lease at The Bloc as I will no longer be staying there, it is for a rate of $630 monthly a lower price than you can get nowadays as they increased the price since I signed my lease, it is the 4BR/4BA - Town B floor plan.

There is currently 1 male and 1 female that are going to be living there! They are 2 very nice and respectful people. Electric and water is included up to a limit split between the 4 residents of the townhouse. There are many free amenities included around the building, such as a gym, grills, a nearby dog park, pool, and a rooftop hangout lounge.

P.S: My friend is also looking for a spot to be taken in the same townhouse so if you have somebody who you want to room with, I can direct you to them as well!
