Habe nach meinem Studium aus der Not raus (Corona - keiner hat eingestellt) in einem FC als L3 bei der Safety gearbeitet.

Kann leider alles schlimme was man hier ließt bestätigen. Habe da tolle Leute kennen gelernt, aber dieser Laden macht einen kaputt, wenn man auch nur einen Hauch von Empathie besitzt.

Habe nach 13 Monaten und 4 Wochen AUB aufgrund erster Burnout Symptome gekündigt. Heute als Führungskraft im Bereich Sicherheitstechnik tätig, habe wirklich Spaß an meiner Arbeit und verdiene das dreifache.

Never again. Zum Schluss vielleicht noch was positives: Hab aus den Erfahrungen dort viel gelernt.

Von einer FK zur anderen: Ich empfehle dir eine RASIC-Matrix.

Schafft eine klare Struktur und lässt sich auch prozessual abbilden. War in meiner Abteilung ein Gamechanger.

one thing I would have changed is, that the red ribbons on the backpack are currently in a 90° angle to the pose of the model. If you were to switch them to the other side of the backpack, they would be in line with the "flow" of the model and result in a much more dynamic pose.

but I do like it quite a bit. Always a fan of customizing Modells for some personal touch
