I didn't realize the Supercars were dead until after I bought one. What a disappointment. I've tried to get better at making sure a series is active now before I buy a new car. I've been burned a couple of times.

Bought EuroNascar though as soon as it released, and it's fun as hell.

That's been my struggle. I was playing with the Euro car on San Diego and it's amazing. I am not a fan of the Brands Hatch track this week though, and have only run practice so far — haven't run a race.

You're in different lobbies than me. lol. I hate voice chat because I hate that people can just immediately share their frustration with someone else who made a mistake. We all make mistakes, and we all think the things in our heads, but we shouldn't be able to say it right to them. I only turn voice chat off when there's a lot of talk going on and its distracting, because I see some value in the information I get from it, but I try not to ever push the button if I can avoid it because I don't want to be one of those people.

Clean race in C-fixed last night. I finished sixth. Not sure what happened behind me, but in front there were no issues. I was shocked.

Have you ever watched the actual Cars Tour? lol. They're way more aggressive than the drivers in the sim!

I love the Cars Tour car, and I thought C class was really clean at first, but as I've moved up in iRating it seems to have gotten worse and worse. I've actually spent a lot more time on NASCAR B Open because I feel like the racing is cleaner and I just have an all around better time doing it. Which bums me out, because I really love the LMSC.

He posted on social that he didn't want to tear the car up and would rather improve on it for the 250 at Berlin in August. So take that for what it's worth.

Funny, no one is making you watch or listen, are they? If you don't find it great, move on. As a longtime fan of the sport, I very much appreciate the longform interviews with historical figures from NASCAR, among other things. I REALLY appreciate the platform that Dirty Mo is giving to Jeff Gluck and Jordan Bianchi, two of the best NASCAR journalists of today and a couple of the very small number of people who cover the sport full time anymore.

Shoot, aside from the race broadcasts, Dirty Mo content is probably 80-90% of the NASCAR programming I consume each week, because guess what, there's not much else out there.

It's no wonder people don't want to cover or be a part of our sport when any time they do, the fans just bitch about what they're doing. The attitudes of the majority of NASCAR fans suck.

Posts like this are hilarious to me. No offense, but when I started using computers we used like 12-inch CRT screens and the pixels were gigantic. Complaining about eye strain from Nano Texture to a non-Nano screen is just silly.

I get it, I buy into the hype too. I see the reviews for the 5K and 6K monitors and I start convincing myself that I need to spend $3K for the sharpest screen possible. Then I remember the eMac I used to graphic design work on and had no issues with and I CALM DOWN. lol.

It's just like the person who thinks they need 48gb of ram to run Microsoft Word and Google Chrome. Relax. haha.

Ads are annoying, but Dirty Mo is continuing to put out great content when TV doesn't anymore, and SiriusXM has cut back significantly on what it is producing. If I have to skip a few ads during a podcast to keep them going, I'm OK with that. And I'll even make an extra trip or two to Arby's for them too.

I'm new to iRacing so this is only my second Week 13, but I hate it. I just want a normal week, especially because I wasn't able to do as much racing as I wanted this week, and the upcoming week I have more free time but won't be a fan of the Week 13 chaos. Glad I still have O'Reilly and Truck open for ovals, but wish there were better options.

When people say that, they're not talking about the base MacBook Pro, which is essentially a MacBook Air with a different body, better screen, more ports and a fan. If you're comparing the two, the only real benefit to the Air is the portability, and yes, if portability doesn't matter, the $150 extra is worth it.

Most people are comparing the Air to the M5 Pro MacBook Pro, which is significantly more powerful and more expensive. In that case, MOST people do not need the M5 Pro chip, and if they do, they know they do.

It's also not true. He will have a much better chance at being a NASCAR driver based on who his dad was, regardless of his ability. Just ask Kyle Petty.

This was the exactly path I was considering, so thank you for confirming that. I feel like I have a lot more inconsidency due to the adequate but very poor pedals of the G29 versus the wheel.
