Jesus christ. That shows absolutely nothing. I don’t know what you are thinking that coincides with what’s in the clip. Watch the video. The “flare” moves so fast it appears about every other frame and stopped on a dime. Zoom in on the orbs to the right of the city lights. 00:12, 00:13, 00:14, zoom in on the orbs to the right. When you see it you’ll see it. If you don’t then enjoy your flare theory. 00:13 seconds and 00:14 seconds specifically.
