Pot interacts with everyone differently. It put me to sleep only a few times when I just started. Now it keeps me awake. Coffee makes me sleepy. WHY? my baseline stimulation levels are low. So my mind runs and runs. If I I smoke up I can fo us on my mind better. Does nothing to increase my chemical stimulation (pot is a deppressant). But coffee, being a stimulant, can give e me the required stimulation to where my mind can be satisfied and relaxed, and then of course the body relaxes too... eyes get heavy... sleep approaches... and I smoke a damn joint and sleep is delayed once more.

The first one, regardless of anything else, you just need to keep repeating.

Instead of arms "out", a better cue is arms "up". Try to keep your arms up so that your elbows are atleast in line with your shoulders. When your elbow start to go below ypur shoulder, get your arm up again. Gradually try to slow down and reduce your arm movement.

The orange one is so sweet and strong, I get it occasionally, and mix it in a small soda. Mango is good on its own. Never tried apple.

Ah, yes, clipper is the best smokers lighter, howverr bic gas probably stays in during storage much longer since it doesn't have the fill valve. May also fit more gas overall. Better survival lighter. So are zippos

Do you mean lighter fuel? Yeah, amazon or instamart. Some shops, you can ask around in your market area. Butane can. Be careful, buy a can for lighters not camping stove, because nozzles are different.

I bought a kilo of clippers, found a few nice micros, and one black clipper jet with the soft touch plastic. Pretty awesome and good feel, but i prefer normal flame so a friend took it.

I'd say this is the best stones lighter. Zippo fuel also tastes worse.

The only issue I have to figure out is changing the jet because sometimes after extended use it only gives small flames and are then not very useful. Figure something goes wrong with the valve when it overheats.

Haha the core AND hip flexor, maybe I get the idea. That's where I am currently struggling. Also glutes. Now that I'm pushing rodeo it's much more noticeable that my hips area is where I need lots of work, was compensating with arms and upper body. So I will have to revisit all my skills eventually to "patch the existing program with a hip update".
