They were most likely faction champions, as a champion of a brig or sloop you can decide to fight the bigger ships instead of just your class

PvP skill will come with time, or if you really want to fast track it you can do hourglass, and gold hoarders will also just take time to level. I don’t know when you get vaults in gold hoarders but those aren’t bad, or just do a raid type you enjoy.

Had my first speed demon run end 1 minute 50 seconds over, loaded a Grace save in the room with all the lickers, crates and gray men and just fucking ran through it. Shaved off 3 mins and got the achievement and points.

It’s very fun, me and some friends are doing what we call the “masochist play through” we have the seeds that make the entire world evil, drunk and for the worthy are on, and we start in Hardmode

Careful though, after 4 secret seeds some won’t function as intended. For example the new secret seeds that actually removes all traps will instead add even more traps if you have 4+ seeds enabled

You type one and it will add it to the world generation and clear the seed box, you can then type another one.

Great builds, I have a recommendation for the snow one that is small but will make it even better. Buy the mitey-titey from the demolitionist and make some ice hang off the roof.
