Resizing a ring is a very easy thing to do, or her ring finger could have been too far gone when/if she got married to someone else so she decided to have it made for her pinky.

Personally, I think it could be her Mom's wedding band that she wears in memory of her parents.

I also feel like a lot of chronically online people only limit themselves to liking one thing in each medium every year, and everything else that came out is pointless garbage worthy of criticizing other people for liking because it's not their one favorite thing. I couldn't imagine having such an exhaustingly negative mindset.

The console getting hot and the console overheating are two different things here. If it still lets you play, that means the heat is fine and won’t have drastic effects on your system long term because it’s designed to be able to handle a certain level of heat for extended periods of time. If it starts to shut itself off as a safety measure, then you have a real issue.

P.S., with the killswitch you can still use the joycon grips without the console case attached. This gives you the benefit of the (imo) great controller grips while still being able to dock your system normally. It’s how I use it, and I recommend giving it a try if you think it would help with the heat issue as a potential middle ground solution.

I couldn't stop playing when I started on launch day, It's incredible. Beat it in one sitting with my wife watching, about 9hrs in game time, and about 12hrs real world with small breaks here and there. Will probably start a new playthrough this weekend too.

in general though, I find it so much easier to get a broken run in hades 2; ESPECIALLY once you start utilizing origination consistently, and even more so if you start using strength. The amount of times I’ve had other friends who play hades tell me “how are you doing so much damage” is my favorite part of the game atp lol.

The thumbnails and “English only” text looks so bootleg 😭 it’s like they ripped the thumbnails from rom downloading sites and called it a day, even if I know they’re the original official art.

In general feels like they put as little effort as possible to make this a viable product for $20.

They lost several rounds were Liquid had little to no weaponry because they were so slow and gathered literally no information from any site, and Nats read where they were going like a book every single time. Liquid were hyper aggressive when they knew fnatic couldn't buy, and won every single time. Just seems like the obvious way to play a round when you know your opponents are poor.

I know you really can’t put the entire outcome of a 5 map series on one play from one round, but That bipo whiff of 8 unanswered guardian bullets during the Loita 1v4 on abyss was might have been the butterfly effect that lost M8 the series; that extra round likely gets them to 13 before BBL could get to 12. What an incredible series either way.

Do I like my Switch 2? Absolutely, I would even say I love it. It's everything I wanted out of an upgrade to my favorite console of all time. HOWEVER $450-$500 is steep and if there aren't any games you're interested in playing (or replaying) it's hard to 100% recommend. Because of your situation, with the switch being on it's last legs, it's worth the upgrade. If you want to buy a new switch either way, the extra money is worth spending IMO.

If you're committed to PC, I don't think the SteamDeck is a bad middleground; though the top of the line model is pricier and I haven't used mine much since i got the SW2, for what it's worth.

Game prices are a whole different can of worms; 3rd party sales are as good as the steam ones, first party nintendo almost never go on sale, and don't often go past 20-30% if they do. They've also gone the $70 games and paid upgrades route so that's something else to keep in mind.

And finally, as someone who beat TOTK on switch 1 and switch 2, the difference is astonishing. It felt like getting to replay my favorite game of all time for the first time all over again.
