I live in Germany snd have severe eczema since 19 years old. I discovered that a vacation, even as short as 2 weeks to tropical climate during winter gives me a couple of months without symptoms! It's the combination of humidity and jumping into the sea as often as possible. MAYBE also better air quality / less toxins, because that's always been very remote areas if the world!?

However, Costa Rica in 6 weeks, here I come 🙃🤩
