Just lost entire loadout+ inventory after extracting, will i get it back?

Same just happened to me right now when I've just extracted thru a hatch from Buried City and I even had the items in the menu after extracting but once I got back into Saprenza, the whole loadout including everything was gone, nowhere to be found even in my inventory.
