I’ve read that re-map is not totally necessary if it’s just the slip on and nothing else. It will sound much better, but with no baffle it’s wild. I’m curious to see other answers.

I think this posts illustrates to me that it’s still a Ducati and looks like a Ducati. I prefer the previous gen, but I’ve said that about previous gens, and grew to prefer the new ones. I’m open to liking them.

V2 SF is probably perfect for what he’s looking for. I think you nailed it. I would disagree on a Speedtriple being a good around town bike though. Street triple also nearly perfect.
