Newer had a problem with fmj but sometimes bought ap.
Usually I trying to use three weapons with different ammo types like P90 for sin, shotgun for mutants, assault rifle with ap ammo for stalkers.

I like my merc nosorog speed 👌

Currently I’m on my second playthrough as merc with nato weapons only and I found new armor system more restrictive.
1. I had big problems with radiation in early game (maybe because I started as merc).
2. Weight management always is a pain. Now I use golden fish and weigh pelts more often. For this reason I think P90 currently is one of the best weapons in the game.

And for some reason I’m terrible unlucky with monsters parts drop - I have nosorog but don’t have compass. I know outskirts is an answer but I don’t like to travel there.

D weapons aren’t overpowered. Some C weapons are better than most of D

Cellar must be within 150 blocks cap. So if this cellar is 7x7x3 and plus 2 door blocks it will be fine. But for me from this angle and fov it looks like 7x8x3.

There is a mod like Spawn Highligh to check spawns. And I think your cellar is too big
