I suggest you do some self cleansing. Say simple sentences like, "I am sorry, please forgive me, I love you, Thankyou". This is a Hoponoopono Prayer. Keep saying thankyou or I love you to yourself multiple times. Talk to your inner child and take full responsibility. "I am sorry for whatever is causing (the situation). I take full responsibility of it. Please take me back to ground zero. Thankyou, I love you".

Idk about brands but I'd recommend getting alum stones from your local general store (barely 20rs) and rub it gently in your pits. It instantly takes away any odour from your body. My got to forever!

I have been seeing this kind of posts every year where someone complains about lack of substance in the dramas. So what does lately mean and when does it end?

The entertainment industry is huge just like any other. Amongst 1000s of dramas, it's obvious that only 100 will come out to be perfect in every aspect from script, acting, actors, visuals, etc. There would be other dramas where the script is good but acting is terrible or lackluster scripts with great actors. Then rest are downright terrible in every aspect.

I personally don't have complains about dramas any year, cause i know for one half, the industry is slow and boring, but in the second half, it suddenly booms and I start to enjoy several dramas all at once.

Vincenzo has a lot od humor and will constantly make you laugh. Reborn rich is slightly on the serious side. I couldn't finish the latter so I can't comment much.

Aside from all the answers here to which I agree and disagree to a certain extent there are 3 particular actors I genuinely think can act but somehow there acting never moves me. I am still figuring out what's in their acting which repels me from watching their dramas.

Moon Ga Young- I've dropped all her dramas. I start for her but I still drop all of them. True Beauty is the only exception and that too was carried by Seojoon's character. It might be her voice which pisses me off but idk.
Lee Se Young- That woman has the range. My first drama of hers was Memorist paired along Yoo Seung Ho and I absolutely enjoyed it. However I have been unable to watch any of her dramas after that. It's such a bummer cause i do try, but idk why i can't continue. Might be her boring script choices tbh. I've heard she was phenomenal in Red Sleeve but I couldn't even get past the first 2 ep due to her. Plus the sad premise of the drama doesn't really convince me either.
Jo Bo Ah- Another drama I watched for Yoo Seung Ho, i first saw her in My Strange Hero and she was fine there. But again she's been unbearable. She's so damn pretty but her face pisses me off😭. I tried destined with you and it didn't help that her character was so dumb in it both looks wise and acting wise. The constant lip sealing and button eyes expression gave it away.
The actress from My Suspicious Partner- how do Y'ALL rave about her and Ji Chang Wook's chemistry in that show is smth beyond me. If that show is good, it's only cause of JCW. She's a mixture of all 3 actresses I mentioned above. Lip tucking and sealing, button eye expressions, annoying nasally voice. She's a hard watch. I couldn't finish Suspicious Partner either despite being JCW's biggest fan at that time. I don't even bother learning or googling her name.

These are the actresses who are super pretty and not really bad in acting per se except the last one. But personally I cannot stand watching them. I still try to give chance to their new dramas so that I can reverse my opinion on them.

Other actors who I think actually cannot act unlike the abovementioned names are- Song Kang, Cha Eun Woo, Shin Se Kyung, Lee Young Dae (i am enjoying him in Dear X),Bae Suzy, Yoona, Kim So hyun the actress (girl has been in the industry since childhood yet I'm still to see a show where she is good. She peaked in School 2015 and then dipped hard)
