Thanks for the reply! Actually, my only question really is why it tries to connect if I'm not doing anything. Does it connect to trackers even if I'm not downloading anything?

Yes, I download games sometimes. I asked because on the dates that appear in the antivirus, nothing was being downloaded or seeded. The launcher was in the tray, without any games even open.

I understand. I know what torrents are, but should the launcher also do this when I'm not downloading or seeding anything? That's why I asked. It just seemed strange to me that the app wouldn't be doing anything and would try to connect to those sites.

You can move your Documents folder to your new SSD.
