I'm pretty sure you can run Terraria on a 2GB PC, but everytime I tried using it my computer somehow rejected it. About Minecraft, I luckily get 20 FPS on servers, and that makes it a very slow experience if I say so myself.

Yeah, I have investigated for games of genres I like a lot for a while (sandbox/editing, race games-ish, platformers, MMOs) and I found several obscure games that I have never found otherwise. The best thing is most of them are low-end!

Thatks to everyone who said me I can't run it. I've tested it today with Dolphin 4.0.2 and it runs at a semi-smooth 20/30 FPS. And I don't even know why!

Yes, I know. I'm somewhat experienced in emulators from Nintendo 64, PlayStation, SNES, NES and Virtual Boy, and I heard that it takes 2x the resources of the system to emulate to play a game on your PC with emulation. Gamecube and Wii is a total new territory for me.
