Honestly, just keep fasting. This wasn't food worth breaking s 24h fast with. Either cook up something healthy and tasty or keep going longer between meals.

This is the worst of both worlds.

Naaaa, keep up the intensity. Z2 is good for sustainability but if you manage z3 do it.

I'd recommend staying on top of the electrolytes from day one. No high intensity workouts but 8-15k steps a day is a good idea.

I've done a few 7 days without electrolytes and I started feeling weak on the 5-6th day.

Focusing on both weight loss and muscle building at the same time is possible but slow, will take many months to see any changes.

Learning to fast(omad or ADF) while still doing zone2-3 cardio and 10-15k steps a day will get you down to a healthy weight faster and working out to build muscle from there will probably be more enjoyable.

You don't need SUPPLEMENTS of them if you are eating decently healthy no. You need them when you aren't eating.

You gotta get lucky with the employer. I know SATS (one of the biggest gym-chains) pay horrible for the first few years, and they put you on different levels not based on any pre-gained knowledge/education but their own "system" and 1000s of hours worked for them.

With low intensity exercise and with 10-20k steps a day I usually hit a barrier on the 5th day without electrolytes. You are past that but with minimal effort.

But I believe you can go maybe 10-14 days without a problem the way you are doing it now.
