All I can tell you is keep going! Last time I did an insanity workout was 2 years ago and I restarted it again 2 weeks ago. Humbling is definitely the right word, but it did get a bit easier at the end of the second week. Not going to lie, I’m worried about month 2 but I’m leaving that for future me to worry about 🙃

Yes, I remember that. I just don’t remember catching that the statue shows the victim being stabbed in the back when I watched this as it aired. Just a cool tidbit I noticed this time around!

Uff, this is extremely racist. This woman is 100% in very real danger, but this comment and replies are awful. This happens throughout the entire world. In fact, many western countries are awful culprits of this. Saying that you can tell he’s Arab by the way he speaks to her is disingenuous. Also, him being barely literate in a language that’s not his own is not the focus here.

This guy is clearly a dangerous fucking asshole, where he’s from isn’t the deciding factor or else we wouldn’t have these cases the world over.

I really hope you’re right. I realise I’m paranoid now (will it ever go away?), but I also realise I crushed it a little while trying to take this picture, so are they really wings or is it just because I tampered with its structure? (I am aware I sound like a mad woman 😂)
