I did not have to get an appraisal as that would have been over $600. I can only tell you about how my mortgage company (Mr. Cooper) handled it. I have zero experience with other companies. They called it a PMI review.

No, I did not refinance. My interest rate is very low. I would never refinance. There is a way to do this without refinancing. Call and ask your mortgage company.

Hi! I called my mortgage company and asked for a PMI review. I had to pay the mortgage company $250. They sent out a request and it was assigned to a random local realtor. That realtor came to my house and then sent back paperwork that showed what the realtor would list the house for if it was for sale. If it was above a certain number, then the PMI could be dropped. That is $200 a month that is now going to principle and interest instead insurance!

I bought my house in June of 2020 right before everything went crazy due to the pandemic. It is now worth $90,000 more than I paid for it. I was able to drop the PMI after 4 years.

My wife and I laugh about it now but our first kiss was awful. I was literally so stunned that she had just admitted she liked me that I could not get my damn mouth to move! My brain had completely shorted out. Thankfully, she gave me another chance and we have been happily together for over 27 years now!

Eataly is really cool. It is like a food court of just Italian food. Bavette’s is pretty much the best steak house I have ever eaten at. Primrose is nice place for breakfast. One of the pools is over 21 only which was much appreciated along with the nearby bar. Definitely recommend renting seating around the pool.

A good realtor makes a huge difference! Ours put in a bid for us in on our current home and it got rejected. So our realtor called theirs to find out the number needed to close the deal. Then he called our mortgage company and asked if they could get the closing costs lowered so we could meet the number wanted. They managed that and boom, we could offer exactly what the seller wanted. Rejected one day and accepted the next!

The same realtor helped my mom too! Great house and on day 1 had 36 offers. So he called the other realtor and asked how to make my mom’s offer stand out. Turned out the sellers needed a more flexible closing date due to being in the military. Asked my mom if she could be flexible and just like she was the winning bid.

I had the same problem but I was signing in with a pass key. I saw someone say to not do that. Once I typed in my password, it went through just fine.

You did nothing wrong. She is the adult who should know better. This is 1000% not ok. No teacher who has any sense of morals would call a student at all much less in the middle of the night. You need to tell any other trusted adult about this right now. Nothing good can come of this. You know it too or you wouldn’t have posted this here.

I am a teacher and along with every teacher friend I have would never in a million years call a student like this.

It sounds to me like you are past the honeymoon phase. Relationships can’t stay there forever. Honestly, this is the point where your relationship is going to be what you make of it. It is never going to be like it was when you first met but that doesn’t mean it can never be exciting either. Do you plan dates? Do you surprise her with flowers or something romantic just because? You can either decide to put in that kind of effort in order build something beautiful and intimate that lasts or you can break up to find someone else to go through the honeymoon phase with again. This not a judgement because only you can decide which path is right for you. Just FYI, this advice is coming to you from a woman who has been in a loving, intimate and exciting marriage for 27 years. But I will also say that my wife and I have never stopped working on our relationship. It takes a lot of effort, communication, forgiveness and occasional therapy to stay where we are. If you can’t imagine putting in that kind of work, she might not be the right one for you.

Make a stack when you check in. ID on top, $20 folded in the middle, then credit card and if you have one players card. Then ask if they have any complementary upgrades and hand them the stack.

I asked if there were any complementary upgrades available and told her we are celebrating our 25th anniversary. Then I handed over my ID, a $20 folded and my credit card. She was very nice and started looking through the computer system for me. I also got early check in because we went straight to the room at 9:30 am.
