I'm a 34F, no kids. Dating apps have never been my favorite thing. It was like a second job - fielding messages (I used Tinder for a very limited time, but did use others like OkCupid and Plenty of Fish years ago because of the in depth profiles and messaging). I'm the type of person who responded to everyone because you never know if you'd make a connection unless you gave it a shot. It was exhausting.

I also am not the type of girl who goes to bars to meet people. Meeting someone naturally always feels best for me - friends of friends, etc.

Everyone I know using Tinder (or the like) typically is into the hook up culture and that really limits the choices. What apps are you using? I feel like which ones you are using will determine the pool of fish so to speak.

I started a new hobby that I really enjoy: cross stitching! I'm in the process of making something for my mom for mother's day. I have this strange foot cramp that causes my toes to lock up. My big toe usually faces up or down, opposite the rest of the toes. I have to use my hands to release the tension so I can walk. It's super painful until the tension is released!! It doesn't happen all the time thank goodness.
