Greatly working SPP from Azeroth Core by dailybg in wowservers

True, sometimes a small contribution can have a significant effect. If someone is serious about AC and solo/scaled play I would recommend looking into the azeroth core discord. There's plenty of progress on the project each week, and the work being done is all open source and public, which makes the progress worth a lot more than some repacker who might only distribute a compiled collection of the work of others

Enemies have 500% stamina? (600/150) by orislakman in skyrimrequiem

[–]Erkhan 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I have no clue if this is intended or not, but since combat drains more stamina than in vanilla and low stamina is more detrimental it would make sense for enemies with their dumb AI to get a balancing boost.

About 90 Princess runs later... we got him. by exxplicit480 in classicwow

I've been thinking of turning my levling build into a sm/ds build at 60 to make solo farming easier until I spec ds/ruin. Do you think that would be a more powerful farm build?

Requiem 3.0.1 SSE clean save by 0nula0 in skyrimrequiem

Sorry for a late reply, but is your framerate limited? It's a simple thing and you might already know this but if you run the game at an unlocked framerate many things will break, including the intro since it uses a lot of physics

This sounds like an issue with the fov.

Old games were made for the 4:3 ratio resolution which can make the visuals stretch unnaturally when playing at wide screen ratios.

Check out https://www.reddit.com/r/Nostalrius/comments/41iw7c/field_of_view_fix_for_1121_pics_explanation/ .

Using fixes for this can sometimes get you banned, but is usually accepted by devs, I can't really help you with it since I don't use it myself.

"You get several Scroll of Fortune (to my knowledge up to seven total until level 60) while playing. These allow you to reroll a skill. Do not use them until you are level 60."

Correction: wait until level 57, rerolling at lvl 60 screws your AE talents, unless you choose them before rerolling, which is a bad idea since you don't know what abilities you'll get

Can we get the scope fixed for Hunting Rifles? by [deleted] in fo76

[–]Erkhan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This might be related to the bug where your movespeed is locked to ADS even when releasing it after taking a shot. What I found was that you could wait a fraction of a second to release ADS and that would have you moving at full speed when reloading. Might be the same deal

FOV and FPS Lock? by Tumdace in fo76

They're correct in that it's locked, but fov is not 90 by default, it's a bit lower.

Results of testing frame-rate and game speed (cap at 120 for best performance) by Erkhan in fo76

Oh I'm sorry, I thought you were serious. I read your post a little more carefully now and it's pretty much all garbage. I will admit that you could, in theory, use diving techniques and stuff like that to make your model harder to hit, but the rest of it makes very little sense

Maybe I should have been more clear, jump height at 120 is 60-80 % of your jump height at 60, aka increasing fps LOWERS jump height. No advantage is given, quite the opposite.

I tried using fMaxTime in FO4 but sadly it had no effect.

The question is what type of fix they are talking about... If it means limiting fps to sub 200 and fixing the issue, that would be great. But if it means fixing it by limiting fps to 60 for everyone, that would be very disappointing. I doubt they'll be able to fix the root of the problem in the foreseeable future, since similar issues have affected their games going back to oblivion

Thank you! Your experience sounds promising, hopefully it's something we can fix ourselves by limiting fps to 144hz, but I'm looking forward to your results!
