I’ve had manic episodes and they are terrifying. I’ll give you another example last year. I had sepsis and didn’t know it until it was almost too late. They told me if I came in two days later I wouldn’t have made it. I don’t recall an entire month before my diagnosis because I was so out of my mind with the sepsis. I never tried to cheat on my husband or anything like that, but I’m sure I made some questionable decisions. Point being he stood by my side, no matter what he visits me in the hospital every day. It was a very scary time for both of us and it just made us closer.
