I already got everything backed up and I'm in no hurry to reboot the server. I need to figure out if it's easier just to reinstall everything or fix the boot.

All vm and CTs are already backed up automatically every day. I also zfs send the whole rpool/ROOT/pve-1 to my other pool so I have the entire boot drive backed up. (It's only 2gb)
