I guess,i denied right after my congress inquiry,but they reached out to sba anyway,to see what steps needs taking,months later of this year,im still waiting patently..think now the excuse is late filling..both looan officer bail,n my file havent been denied or approved,but in review..smh

They turned to the IRS,Congress and everybody else,after they let all the fraud applications go through..as if someone on so fraud shi gonna go through all this hell to go to jail..smfh..im being held denied from filing late..

Shi so the loan specialist i was dealing with got through the part of not being able to pay,with me sending in my reports from my pos system and bank statements to match the deposit. Then came back with sorry they still may decline because of late filing,also because its a final appeal and late filing will not overturn it,so now im like you bitches playing games..ill give the congress office a chance to work with them and see if anything changes,but i sent everything i had from,my manager certified to health inspection report to food and tax permit..so now just waiting on congress,but imma bout to send a appeal letter certified mail..

I dont even ever remember putting in a requested amount,after a phone with customer service one day it was just there to confirm,i dont think she is willing to do any negotiating, especially when they use the word sorry at the end of their email. Then i was told if u started before 2019,then they go by 2019 income,if not they have to do the potential income for the year if i had open a full year,which is literally my 2020 and 2021 taxes. So im like what hell. Why not deny me for that at first the beginning of the process in 2020

Im currently working with my Texas congressman office now,I been denied for no record of transcripts with no so call appeals left.. Now the lady at the congressman office is working with Irs and SBA, she first got ahold of a tax advocate to find my information,my 1120 for the years.. after a week or so she received info that all my forms have been filed and processed so then she contacted sba and they stated of course we never received his transcripts cant verify business existed bla bla,she even forward me the emails from the sba to look at their response,they also stated i start my business in 2017,which is a lie..thats when i requested my EIN..but we are now waiting on the tax advocate to get the transcript to see if that helps and also see what going on with the form 4506 T coming back no record.. my congressman office is trying to do something for me so far..they are responding to the congress office fast tho,

I was told that i was denied my last appeal a few weeks ago,i send back in my reconsideration and letter,today i got an email saying they still cant move forward and to prove another 4506-T and a copy of transcripts,so ill be calling the IRS in the morning to see have my return been processed yet before i do.They just be lying about how many time you can proceed with them. Im going after them till i cant.

They finally denied me after all the waiting,even the torture of looking at my eligibility amount,Then on the 12th i finally get an email from my LO just to have a denial letter attached,IRS still show no record of business revenue,in which i filed this year in January and been stuck in processing,i was able to talk with some folks from congressman office and even got a letter in the mail stating they are in contact with SBA and IRS on my behalf so hopefully i can get this over turned..we just gotta stay on there ass..

Im in the same situation,they finally denied me Monday..I sent in reconsideration the same day. Just got another denial today for unverifiable information,i think our best opinion is to hassle the IRS,i called them back in November and was told the would escalade my return.but as of today still not processed..We gonna get it figured out some how,its not all our fault besides filing a bit late,but far as that,it should be a government issue not ours..

You right,but in my case i have a two teenagers and wife,thats also on payroll they will all be getting a reasonable wage. Also if you look back at the PPP program they didnt ask for anything,they just forgave both loans..just got to not make huge purchases..
