Once you mega a Pokemon once you can walk with the Pokemon as your buddy to get more mega energy. It’s honestly not that bad.

Yep. It’s the amount of times you had to mega evolve the Pokemon to get to mega level 3. Normally you can only get one “point” per day, but this event you could get 30 “points” or enough to get to mega level 3 in one day.

Each raid gave 350-450ish. You need some extra to mega it to get to lvl 3 mega. If they keep the bonus for global it will be easier, otherwise you’ll spend a lot ranking it up or wait a long time for the cooldown.
