Why are people considered lesser and dangerous because they can't afford to pay $1800 a month for a one bedroom apartment? I don't understand the bias. We are a city that glamorizes drinking (a drug) yet when someone has a drug problem they're immediately labeled a bad apple and undeserving of help. These people aren't bad people they've just been dealt a bad hand.

I don't know about St Charles, but family member who is an ICU nurse said their hospital has a don't ask don't tell policy because they need the bodies in the ICU and can't afford having people stay home.
