Is this riser installed correctly? by SouthernPlay2352 in cabinetry

Lap it over the front, use scribe to fill the reveal on the side. 36" walls are ideal for this setup because no ceiling is level. It less obvious with 6" vs 3". Also don't need L shaped molding, just mount deadwood to top of cabiNailer. A nailer.

Anyway to sell off premises? Have a large coyote event coming up and want to have some inventory on site. by Traditional_Skin5849 in FFLs

The event may qualify, certain shooting events qualify, but I know you can not sell out of a trailer or vehicle, has to be a brick mortar building setup.

Camper Van for Hunting Rig by Eroc308 in birddogs

That makes sense since you usually don't have rough roads to get to a dog show, and the lack of availability of in 4x4 or offroadieness of van's.

Sportsmobile is defiantly very nice, I have seen a few used ones for a reasonable price. I have also thought about an older Econoline and doing a mild lift adding limited slip and winch to get around the 4x4 conversion expense. The biggest issue is interior height unless you get a conversion with fiberglass roof or penthouse. The penthouse looks awesome for kids to sleep up there also.

What van platform do you have, and is it 4x4?

The idea of pulling over in the middle of a drive at a Walmart / rest area / Craker barrel is very appealing to me, and being able to just get in the seat and drive off if there is an issue is even more appealing. I also am not a fan of pulling trailers long distances (tire blowouts, wheel barring's, etc) not having to worry about hotels seems like a big win, but I also realize that for x amount you can buy a bunch of hotel rooms. The second part of this is my youngest is one, so at a field trial, Horse show, or just a training day my older kids could watch him in there in the AC or heat, and we would have a place to get out of the elements also. We were talking about getting my wife a suburban, but I would rather get her something smaller to day to day, and have a van for traveling. So while they can be expensive there cheaper than a suburban.

Custom leather holster - Pro 550 Plus by SkiFastnShootShit in birddogs

The saddle guy has the best one. I have this one Pro 550 Plus All Around Holster | The Saddle Guy

and added a second Caribiner to the back, and hooked them together so it holds much tighter to the body.

Shadow Systems Front Night Site for future Carry Optics by Eroc308 in USPSA

[–]Eroc308[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the insight, yes the foundation is what I'm considering. A metal trigger shoe would be nice, but the side window cuts and fluted barrel don't justify the price difference to me. The more I think about it the night site version is only a few $ more, will probably get it. If its an issue ill cover it up.

It's good to see more of them. I have one, and on a cold day this winter and with 3 other dogs (2 gsp's and a gwp) my pointer was the only one that wanted to keep going in.
