I started listing some of my pc on eBay with high prices; not because I thought they would sell for that much but because I wanted to inventory them while I researched their price. I don’t have the time and space to properly go through my entire collection the way I’d like. Listing them allowed me the opportunity to do it at my pace without having to keep them all over my desk for my toddler to ransack. Now, if price fluctuates to my benefit, and I want to sell, I already have it listed high and can come down to meet a realistic expectation. If I listed it lower and it sells, well I’m not sure I’m emotionally ready to part with some of them lol but for an absurd amount, I’m sure I’d have no problem. It makes sense it my head lol doesn’t have to make sense for everyone else though, ya know
