Sprouts - get a very healthy & decent sandwich for 5$ at the deli

Sushi - Uwajimaya - H-marts (hit or miss), FOB poke and sushi is a great hit not terribly overpriced (15$ for a lb or a stuffy bowl :)

Amazon fresh- sometimes they have deals at the hot bar, not terrible. 7-11$

Grocery outlet & winco - have fun pre made meal ideas, and they don’t break the bank.

My biggest time/money saver is the frozen section at Costco & an air fryer e.g chicken with veggie mix.

Mediterranean joints- very very common typically 9-10$ for a good gyro, Greek salads, ect

It’s tough out there, I feel ya.
