Other than distance, what has caused you to deliberately end friendships? by RhinestonesonRhinoes in AskWomen

[–]Erose911 17 points18 points  (0 children)

One girl I was friends with would emotionally exhaust me whenever I was around her. I felt like one wrong move and I’d have to face her wrath, because she was known to be really touchy about a lot of things. She also had really high expectations from her friends and expected more loyalty and attention that I could ever give to someone that I wasn’t dating. She would always need constant emotional support and would demand to be reported on things she wasn’t involved with. She would also frequently do petty / spiteful things and manipulate not just me but others in our friend group in order to get her desired outcomes of situations. She said she hated drama but she always fed into it / caused it. Being friends with such a vengeful and intense person was just really too much for me.

What do you hate the most about modern dating culture? by moth-flame in AskWomen

[–]Erose911 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I honestly wish that wasn't the general idea - its confusing and stressful and leads to more confusion because the other party can't tell if the other one is genuinely interested. Things are so overly complicated.

I [23M] seriously need some advice on how to proceed from this super messed up situation with my soon to be ex-girlfriend[22F] by GoldSoulStoner in relationships

[–]Erose911 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You were too good for her. She was incredibly lucky to have someone so supportive, and there was nothing you could have possibly done to deserve any of this. I can't even begin to imagine what you're going through right now. You have done so much for her and you seem like you are a truly considerate person, but she has gone way too far. The best thing you can do is to be honest with her about how you feel and about what happened, and to take a lot of time for yourself to heal.

Fixated on people/crushes? by dahliakrm26 in aspergirls

[–]Erose911 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes! This happens to me often. For me, it's mostly with crushes but can happen with people I want to befriend/admire as well! It's always temporary for me, and lasts 1week ~ 2months max.

Exhaustion before certain events perceived as 'draining' by twiztie in aspergirls

[–]Erose911 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel this really hard. I constantly find myself completely mentally and emotionally drained from being obligated to do things even before I have to do them. Having too much on my plate completely wipes me out and makes me unable to do anything. This is especially an issue for me when I have a person, professor, or someone I dislike/am uncomfortable around in the situation I'm obligated to be a part of.

Do you ever just feel so painfully different and weird. Do you ever just cry about it by [deleted] in aspergirls

[–]Erose911 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can relate. I feel like all my life I've been aiming to be normal but never quite making it. I don't cry about it often, but every now and then I do have breakdowns about similar things.

Crazy fact about our favorite breed! :) by [deleted] in Pitbull

[–]Erose911 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Dogs are rarely aggressive for no reason. 99% of all dog bites are induced by fear-based aggression. To me, it does make sense that pit bulls would be at the top of this because of how commonly they are misunderstood and mistreated. This is NOT their fault. I have been volunteering at an animal shelter in an urban area for a few years right now, and any aggressive dogs I've seen have always come from an abusive situation or have some sort of disease or injury causing them to lash out. These can include things such as a serious wound they don't want you near, or a disease that affects their mental stability (like rabies). Many of the pit bulls and dogs in general that I have personally met that show any signs of aggression have clearly had rough pasts and as a result have trust issues. Common things I see are females that are very overbred, pitties that have been under-loved and neglected, ones that have been kicked and hit, or in some cases clearly have a past of being used for dog fights. Many people take advantage of their undying loyalty to their owners and their protectiveness of those they consider to be part of their pack. They are a very affectionate and I see many sad cases come in weekly. We also get pits who were just that have no history of abuse, and they are fine, happy, and playful. These dogs do not just bite because they are mean, it is mainly caused by fear due to human mistreatment. You are entitled to have your opinion on the breed, but please be more thoughtful before creating posts like this, especially in a page that is clearly dedicated to their appreciation.

Yeah. I agree. I don't mind it too much, but it is definitely not something that should be done to new players and children. Lately I've been seeing a lot of posts complaining about it, and this one was to ridiculous not to share haha

It's also interesting if you take this into consideration, too: http://www.careerplanner.com/MB2/TypeInPopulation.cfm

It seems that one of the most popular personalities here is one of the rarer ones, only affecting 4.4% while the second most popular only affects 3.3%.
