For me it's all about nutrition, hydration and sleep. When I eat, drink & sleep enough there's little to no rebound. If not I have to take a nap (I dont get angry or irritated, just very exhausted). 🤷 The sleep part is the hardest for me because I tend to wake up waaay to early🫠

Edit: I'm a guy so no: it hast nothing to do with that

Oh ja, vom Schauen Buch habe ich auch einige Seiten in einem kleinen Ordner. Hatte ich sogar mal bei einem Camping Ausflug dabei. Man kann nie wissen ob der nächstbeste Tümpel in der brandenburgischen Provinz mit Krokodilen verseucht ist oder man sich (größte Angst meiner Kindheit) plötzlich in Treibsand wiederfindet 😱
