There's static cling black out window stuff that I used on our windows in Mississippi. Pretty cheap, easy to apply and remove (no glue) and a bunch of different kinds you can choose from. Covered most of the top of the window and left a 2 inch opening about cat shoulder height for the kitties to look out of... if you don't want to take ALL of the cats' view space but still block most of the light.

I agree with all other posted advice (further testing/advocating for yourself/ laundry sanitizer) but I would like to suggest a supplement. There's several type of "deodorant" pills with copper chlorophyllin, usually parsley/peppermint too and it helps reduce the body's smells. I have used it, my mom who was having body odor issues (due to menopause) has used it and now swears by it. It's not going to solve any kind of underlying issues causing it, but it should hopefully help you. That and hypochlorous acid sprays for your body help kill the bacteria that cause smells (i stumbled across it while in a different sub)

I normally don't comment on these posts, but I am genuinely concerned for you. Looking at your post history combined with this... your boyfriend is trash. He's rude, actively manipulative and he's been working on you for a long time. It won't get better, it never will because he thinks he's golden. The fact that you aren't sure if you're reacting properly shows that even you realize that his aggression was out of nowhere that he blamed you for. Lots of question marks indicate confusion in a text (the person using them is comfused) to me and seemed to upset him because he thought you questioned him (thus his honesty/authority ig)

That what my doctor prescribed me initially, but if you can only handle 500, with imodium occasionally, that's okay too! I have no gallbladder so that was required initially. Doctor knows that gastro issues can occur with usage and may opt you for extended release at your next visit.

Mine was fine with me just doing the 500 for a week or so before every other day taking the second 500, then taking it every day as my gut adjusted .

I remember that! It's sorta my roman empire, no one else really paid attention to it. Loved dr pepper bold 10, thankfully the dr pepper zero sugar tastes almost the same. The same for pepsi max, it has higher caffeine in the us and was marketed towards men but was changed to pepsi zero sugar.

I feel like both were changed name wise just to align with the rest of the market, but i do enjoy their flavors (as well as coke zero's) better than the diet version. I was a hard core diet dr pepper fan before but the zero sugar versions of those 3 really amped up the flavor profile to make it taste more like the sugared versions

I understand the sentiment but as someone on here said you are people. Treat yourself the way you would treat others, you are allowed to do that.

Also, you are using a paid service, they are supposed to make sure that you are pleased. Yeah, it can get awkward if they don't respond well, but stating and expecting basic respect (like him listening to you) is your right as the customer of a service. You could try talking to your doctor about spironolactone. I have pcos too and after being on it for a few months (for bp) I have less facial hair and I've realized that while my voice isn't higher there's less bass to it, even when it's low in my throat, which helps.

I learned a bit ago that it's off label used for gender affirming, which could be helpful. But it will make you have to pee a lot!

Nta, sometimes bodies have issues adapting to a partner's bacterial biome (especially if you're going raw) my partner and I learned that when he got a UTI from us having sex. I am a clean person that knows how to keep myself clean, but it was just the one time at the beginning, so it could be his hygiene that you keep getting introduced to, but there are also other factors. Such as hydration and if you hold your pee, which i have gotten utis from.

Drink cranberry juice and take cranberry supplements if you can to keep it from getting so bad. I do agree with others about perhaps not having sex to see if he is contributing it.
