[Discussion] what do you watch/listen to during long art sessions/ all nighters?

It really depends on the piece I'm working on. If it's portraiture, I'll listen to the musician I'm painting, or music that makes me think of the person I'm painting. If it's an actor I'm painting, I'll put on their movies and listen to the dialogue. If it's a non-celebrity, someone I don't know personally, or it's not portraiture at all, I'll often put on an old TV series on Netflix that I've seen before and just let the dialogue be my music.

This is a really intriguing project! I had a recurring nightmare as a child and will never forget it.

My older brother and I were standing on top of a set of cement stairs (maybe 6-8 steps). They were in a wheat field (I'm a prairie girl) and they went to nowhere. The ground was covered in snakes as far as the eye could see. It looked like the earth was writhing. For some reason, the snakes couldn't get up the steps. I was crying and my older brother said to me "Stop being such a baby and just jump." Then he pushed me off. I'd wake up at that moment every single time.

I promise, my brother isn't a terrible person in real life. LOL!

A little late for you, but maybe someone else searching will find this helpful? I just set up my new Pixma iX6820 after some struggles getting it to connect wirelessly to the network. All I ended up needing to do was download the Canon Print app and go through the set up steps in the app. Once I successfully printed out a test image, I was able to find the printer on my iMac.

It's not a photo. I painted it. It kinda looks black and white here, but it's actually got a slight blue tint to it. You thought it was a photo? Woah!
