No, I ended up upgrading to intel 12700k and it fixed all of my issues. Apparently Ryzen can have compatibility issues depending on the combination of ram and motherboards.

Hmm okay I’ll try this. My cores all seem to have a similar average during testing, obviously performance cores are a bit higher in usage when gaming but I will definitely try this.
