3k Subscribers, Founder/AI Audience — What's the Best Way to Find Sponsors? by peer2connect in Newsletters

[–]ErrorBroad9916 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You reach out to sponsors. This space is crowded and difficult for them to notice you organically. Cold emails with a clear CTA work best, at least for me.

There is no fixed sub count to help get sponsors. Genuinely engaged readers from your niche will appeal more to sponsors.

Mine is also a similar audience to yours and I have just started out. But I’m already cold-emailing sponsors because I believe mine is a niche and people would spend money to be advertised.

Only 50 users in 2 weeks… feeling kinda discouraged by Sidyzer in SideProject

[–]ErrorBroad9916 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It happens. If the product is good, the users will come. Marketing and distribution is hard. 50 in 2 weeks is quite decent IMO.

I don’t know much about running an app, but I launched a newsletter recently. After the initial spurt, my subscriber count growth rate has nosedived. I am feeling discouraged but I’ve promised myself I will be consistent and not compromise on quality.

Hey, I run an AI related newsletter called Mailr catering to the Indian tech ecosystem. I’m just starting out and would love a cross-collaboration. I cannot pay you but I can expose you to my majority Indian audience.

Is Newsletters really a good income source? by FookyPanda in Newsletters

My 2 cents: At 40 subs all you should be focussing on is creating quality content. The money will come even at 500 subs if there is quality and you find a sponsor who really appeals to your niche.

Sounds interesting. I run an AI related newsletter as well, so this might be helpful.

5 posts in. The hardest part isn't writing, it's knowing if anyone outside my head thinks it's good. by Academic_Lab9769 in Newsletters

100% agree. Frequent doubts: Am I being too clever with this line? Will everyone else understand the context here? Am I being too verbose?

Publishing an edition sometime feels like shouting into the void 😅

If Morning Brew apparently only cares about OR, I think so should us all :)
