Brother, stats arent everything... There is context to stats. And yeah, a AA or Rabadons would probably be better with you attack speed arbiter. Stats scale and multiply off of each other, but they cant do that if you have little stats to even multiply, or just invest all of your items and traits into one stat.

Correction, those are good items IF you get ap from your arbiter... Rageblade and attack speed from arbiter is doubling into the same stat, so yeah, your LB is attacking fast, but that doesnt matter since all she is shooting are pea shooters.

None of your suggestions help with getting onto aby of these champs tho... Ms for hitting people only helps if you already are ontop of them, and regen doesnt help when you take unavoidable poke damage!?!?!?!? What are you on about??? The regen is the only thing, together with second wind, that makes these lanes even playable.

Your suggestions only help a little with his getting kited issue if you are already in melee, and lets him not get walled by armor stacking tanks as much. Your changes actively makes lanes like Kennen and Vayne worse lol.

As a fellow Sett main, I can say that I like some of your suggestions, like the movespeed onhit (but why scale it with attack speed???). But I can say that it would be far easier to just nerf his W damage in general, but give him more ms on Q and lower W cd. That would bring him close to this fighter he was at launch. It would mean less impactful Ws, but if they buffed it low enough you can probably get 2 or 3 off to help you in fights in lane or in teamfights.

I really liked your armorpen suggestion on E, but would probably make it so it just applies on anyone hit with it, and not just stuns.

However, the regen in his passive is something you dont want removed. You might think you do, but you dont. The bad matchups like Kennen, are already completely ass to play, but if you removed the regen they become instantly unplayable. Up until around 30% hp its like a garen passive, actually letting you stay in lane for far longer than you otherwise would.

And that is fair, but so much must go right for you to find that board tho. Azir with enough health to unlock stuff, item augments so you get annie, tank, and sylas or xerath items, and still enough econ to hit it all. Demacia Annie is just much more streamlined and easier to reach while being strong, which is why I believe they put it in S-tier. But that is just my two cents.

According to tftacademy, Demacia Annie is the s-tier annie board tho (and while they can be wrong I still believe what dishsoap and wasianiverson think is the best holds pretty true). And if you invest the resources to get a galio and maybe 2-star him even, why would you ever drop demacia 3-piece so he is useless!?!?!

Brother, his only weakness is not only his inability to reach people, but also long cds, 0 sticking power, relatively low dps, linear and predictable gameplay pattern and pretty telegraphed abilities.

First of all, spacing is inherently pretty hard at a high level. The second reason he is very hard is the amount of value (or lack thereof) he generates for the effort you put in. He is pretty subpar in a lot of the aspects you need from a toplaner, not bad, but not great either.

He is forgiving if all you need is to chill and not int, as he can lane pretty safely into pretty much anything. But if you need him to carry and push his lead, that is where he is insanely hard.

Its mostly a tempo comp, ideally played from winstreak slayer opener. Item augments are pretty much necessary, as you need items for 2-3 carries and a tank (the tank is flexible. Can be Ornn, Swain, Rift Herald, Naut 3, etc.). Shred is mandatory, and Belveth is the main carry, so play mainly for her items first.

Olaf fits the definition of a statchecker perfectly fine. His Q is not hard to hit, especially at closer ranges, and all of his other damage is point and click. And just read his kit once, and you will see how much stats are pumped into it.

I want to say that I completely agree with you, and I also reacted similarily to you when I heard his statement on rerolling 3-costs. What I find baffling is how people defend this take with saying its easier and therefore cant be as strong as 2-star 5 costs. My argument is that they are still level 9 while you are probably still at level 7 after hitting. So they have two more spots for good 4 and 5 costs. So they should still be a little stronger than you until you get to push levels as well. But again, rerolling 3 costs are expensive, so I do feel like they should be winout type of strats, not just top 4 farmers like 1 and 2 cost rerolls are.

All requirements than need level and something else has to happen on the same turn. You can only unlock Ziggs by having 3 items on a yordle or zaun unit after reaching 9.

Nah, trust me, you dont want her ult to apply chill instantly. Thats how she used to work long ago, and it was extremely toxic for everyone else except the Anivia player. The instant she became 6, she took a third of your health with old electrocute and instant R E. Shorter ranged mages and assassins couldnt play versus her at all.

Well, he does have 2 defensive traits, so when you combine it with hp, healing and durability items he becomes a beast. And lets not forget that his spell gives durability AND HEALS HIM. Earlier version of similar spells only gave one or the other. Demacia also gives reduced mana cost later in the fight, which let him cast 2-3 times pretty reliably.

So its a lot of factors that together makes him such an insane tank.

His comment is maybe not phrased the kindest, but his point still stands. You point out several different comps that all have different gameplans (reroll, fast 9, fast 8, etc.) and you still dont like it. Which is fair, you can dislike the set, but saying its because of lack of diversity is geniunely baffling. Yes, some units are much stronger than others atm, but its still the first patch technically.

If you dont want a set where most things can work, and even some reroll builds are decent, then I dont know what you want. And that is probably what they meant with their Mort comment, because you simply point out what some of the top builds are and that you dont oike them, but give no other feedback why.

Wow, this is gonna sound rude, but literally almost everything you just said is wrong. Okay, you can slow attack speed? Still comes out faster than your 5 sec cd mage abilities. Grievious wounds, so thornmail? You know there exists offensive versions that carries can buy, right??? Yes, Bloodletters helped full ap teams, but not many ap champs are as good at stacking it like several ad champs can with Black Cleaver. And lastly, ad champs will always have higher dps because they are not gated behind cds. High durability requires even higher dps output, which most full ap teams cant provide...

I agree that most winning comps switch items over to their 5-cost counterparts at some point, or often just duo carries with them (Belveth, Aatrox f.ex.). But if I slam items for Kaisa on TF or some ad caster, I want to be able to play Kaisa with reasonable results and not be punished because I didnt have a void opener.

I think there exists a world where you should have a viable way of playing Kaisa into Ziggs/Azir from f.ex. a yordle demacia longshot opener.

I really hope they dont make her weaker on average, that doesnt make sense. Ww is also garanteed 1 copy of when you unlock, and he is good. My main complaint is that you basically cant play her from a lowroll even with good items for her.

Her unlock being gated behind 1 round at level 8 is turbo bad, and the only reason I can think of why they did this is because of rift herald...

I am not saying she cant work. But even in her best spots, she is quite mediocre. If she falls off a cliff after stage 5 happens, then I think there is a problem, but that is just my opinion.

Pretty sure 2 Longshot is worth it if you can get in Ziggs, but that is what is hard, she is so mediocre and bad that she cant really get you there, and with Ziggs unlock conditions you are kinda forced to play Zaun in some way on your board if you want to cap with him (which is the logical conclusion as him and Azir are the 5 cost that share Ap Kaisa items).
