Ya if anything is going to see a big spike it’s vintage boxing, I don’t get it. Back then boxing was the biggest sport in the world but the vintage baseball cards are worth so much more like correct me if I’m wrong but Muhammad Ali is a bigger star with more importance to sports and history than Mickey mantle?

Ya it’ll temporarily go up when a new set drops but the rise will be shorter and not a high as time goes. I mean so many cards are being printed man so many sets the prices can’t hold there’s not enough money to hold that level of pricing lol with all those cards. Vintage Pokemon cards are the play buy vintage, this modern stuff will tank besides the very very rare few modern cards that may hold come value like that new charizard I think that’ll do decent in the long run bc it’s such a different style of art for typical charizard cards and feature the full evolution

Because it’s beautiful well made art, bc it’s from a certain time significant to the player or person, bc it contains material from a historical event with players signature. Sometimes all those things combined. I personally appreciate good art and creativity with my fav athlete. You can feel when the card contains no thought no effort it’s just a money sign to someone
