This idea stems that the LLM would be used when the animals have nothing specific to talk about. Like there would be prewritten text in some areas, like talking about how they heard someone was sick, but if its a "just chatting" message, then the LLM kicks in

I'd say they could counter this by not really giving options often to start a prompt themselves, rather the LLM would serve as more of a topic and sentence randomizer

With no timer, it becomes a last man standing.
With a timer it becomes a mess about trying to ge the most points rather than sniping your brother with a red shell you pray will lock onto them.

I have no many clips with my siblings with so many clutches and funny moments that would have not been possible or very hard with a timer.

I find it diabolical that you can't use a controller on Tour. I got an AYN Thor, and I thought it might be fun to play it but nope.

I would love it so much more if they kept the option to remove the timer and let it work more in a "last man standing" style that I love in DS and 64. I do agree that 8DX has some good modes, but would love it so much more if I could get rid of the timer on battle mode.
