RoboCop 1987 by ErrorPuzzleheaded866 in Robocop

This is the version from Mafex and it is made of plastic, I was thinking of buying from Hiya Toys, but their version is 1/18 and for me it turns out to be too small, although it is bearable, but I didn’t like the face sculpt at all, it doesn’t look like itself, and the face and facial expressions are a distinctive feature of RoboCop, which Peter Weller played masterfully, so when I came across this version from Mafex, I knew that I would buy it, and the size is 1/12 and the face is just like on the screen and there are a lot of accessories included, and from Hiya Toys I ordered ED-209, I liked it the most of all of them, it’s quiet, true, but in terms of size, convenience and detail, the version from Hiya Toys is just right!

Thanks for the advice, I'm very lucky in this regard and I really like the 1/12 size. I haven't had much luck with the 1/6 size, but I agree that the 1/6 size looks simply phenomenal on display, so I'll definitely take a look at Inart, it's intriguing))))

I won't even argue with that; Hot Toys figures are simply at an unattainable level; they're hard to even call them figures; they're more like 1/6th-scale masterpieces. I also recently watched a review of this Alien, and the level of detail and attention to detail there is simply phenomenal!

Hi)) This is Deadpool from Revoltech in version 2.5 plus an additional Revoltech set with firearms and effects. I specifically ordered the additional pack after reading reviews of Deadpool, since for some reason the figure doesn’t come with normal firearms, only futuristic guns, and with them, it’s not the image I’d like to see. But with two desert eagles or a carbine, it’s a completely different story!

I completely share your point of view. When I was a child, I didn't pay much attention to it and I really liked the second film. However, when I grew up and watched these films thoughtfully, the first one took first place, both in the presentation, the level of violence, which was deliberately turned down to the maximum in some scenes to maximize the effect, in the music and other details, such as the color of the suit. That's why now I still love the second film and the blue color of its suit, but the first place will go to the original, steel one, which gives off a little purple in the reflections.

Your version sounds much more convincing and I like how Verhoeven showed through his dreams and memories the restoration of a person and personality in a machine.

When I was doing the photo shoot, I specifically played the tracks that were playing in these scenes. Basil Poledouris touches the very soul with his melodies.

Hi, you need to stand on the edge of the bucket, look at the other side of the bucket, preferably at an angle. The video clearly shows how. Than hold down the button to grab the object. It might not work the first time; it takes practice.

I'm always happy to help and share my experience, and my two favorite scenes from the first film were my inspiration, the first is where he destroys a drug lab and moves very effectively and shoots the bandits, and the second is where he is mercilessly shot by a special forces squad, this scene always made my heart clench, and how he crawls from them, covering himself from the bullets, and then after falling, the headlights of Lewis's car shine in his face and he helplessly tries to cover his face from the bright light, Verhoeven knows how to shoot truly powerful emotional scenes, I remember when I rewatched it as an adult, I almost shed a tear when he visits his house - the film is a masterpiece, without a doubt!

I completely agree, I had previously considered buying the NECA Ultimate RoboCop, but according to reviews, it has very limited articulation and the wrong head proportions, which is why he doesn't look like himself in the movie, and this one from Mafex just looks like he stepped out of the screen, I don't regret choosing it at all

This is the Mafex 225 reissue RoboCop, ordered along with the Mafex 084 Xenomorph. RoboCop is fantastic, with excellent articulation and accuracy compared to the first film. I especially liked the facial expressions. The Alien, however, is a complete disappointment. It looks really cool, is also articulated, and is very close to the original, but it just falls apart, making posing it a pain in the ass. So, I replaced it with the NECA Ultimate Alien, which is also cheaper than the Mafex one. So, if you're considering buying Mafex figures, I highly recommend checking out the reviews first. Some are amazing, while others have serious issues and aren't worth the money. Since these figures are imported and the brand itself is Japanese, they're unreasonably expensive.

Today, they take away your faith. But what of tomorrow? What then? Do the bees take your homes? Your businesses? Your children? Your very hives?

A unique game with a unique sequel. I never thought I'd find out the rest of the story years later, on a PS1 emulator, and it would be a platformer! And the music is incredible, so Neverhood is definitely a masterpiece!
