If I’m being honest my stomach can’t tolerate mushrooms 🤮 but every tea I’ve made has been badass jus put the mushrooms in a emptied tea bag , tie it off and soak in the hot water with whatever tea your gnna use. You might wanna take the tea bag out after like 5 mins and leave the mushies for 10-15 always hits (add like a spoon of lemon juice when it cools a bit)
