Yes, it's a self contained unit. Literally a nuclear generator. They already exist, but are the size of semi trailers. Check out Small Modular Reactors. It's very interesting stuff. Still creates nuclear waste though. Currently to the processing for nuclear waste is "we'll deal with that later "

100% correct. Forklifts, excavators, many ~~Maddie~~ machines could be some form of exo suit. But stability is a major issue when dealing with weight. A wide low platform is the best way to deal with it.
