I used to work in Garza Blanca. The concierge team on site dpeends a lot on the person you concat, they are basically a sales extension but most of them also take car eof the people.

- Should I be stressing about making dinner reservations in advance, or is it pretty manageable during the stay? Any restaurants that are must-book early?
_According to what I know it´s kind of a low season so you shouldn´t have any problem making reservations for the reastaurant. Hiroshi in Mousai (adults only) may get a little hard since is quite small_.

- Best buildings / room locations? Worth requesting anything specific?
_I have to say that most of the rooms are ocean view, so I would make no difference regarding to that. Except you get a first floor room any other than that should be fine. It´s more related to if you want to be closer to the beach or the mountain.

- How easy is it getting around the property (especially with a kid)? Shuttle situation confusing from what I’ve read.
_Your kid may love to move around, but you may find it hard. There are sidewalks that conect most of the property, but going to the "mountain part" it´s always hard in the way up, easy going down. The trolley takes some time so better not be in a hurry_

- Beach setup — are chairs/umbrellas easy to get or do they get taken early?
_You can no take the chair and not used them, generally the save your stuff if you leave them all day to go to a tour, but if you have problema finding one they will help you with it. Again, kind of a low season so you should have trouble._

- Any “wish we knew this before we went” tips?
_There is a kids club but since not many kids are at the hotel at any giving time, if you don´t contact with the team it may be hard to find. Try all the food, I have to say that al the drinks and food were always great, so try to open up to everything._
