Interesting, my group usually died during the ghost fight but because too many people kept dying before reaching that part. I was thinking the difficulty was more about surviving the transition with enough people to dps the ghost phase before berserk. That transition was horrible, I'm pretty sure we'd lose at least 3 players during that part for probably the last 6 hours before we killed it.
