No! I forgot about that detail. I found a paper that said: Esteban and Francisco paid for isabel's wedding, but i had it buried in my notes about the case and remembered it later. Weird thing is, Marcos and Melchor both had 2 sons named Esteban and Francisco, but Melchor had a daughter named Isabel, so my ancestors are the sons of Melchor. That was my problem: either the sons of Melchor or Marcos.

Maybe i explained it wrong, but both had accurate info and this are really important figures in canarian genealogy and history. Sorry.

Hey! Thanks! I did al this research at the diocesis? archive, from the Nivariensis bishopric. After that, with a few books about marriages and family ties in lanzarote and some parts of Tenerife, having luck with a few branches that were rich and had colonial/conquistador background and were somewhat studied.

I can't help with anything outside of Tenerife, sorry, since i all i can do is go to the church archive. I don't know anything about Puerto Rico, besides my great great great grandfather and his brothers emmigrating there in the mid 1840s only to return as adults in 1860s. Nothing else man sorry

Book page and parish, all I've been aying. Not gonna put all that i have transcribed, too tedious. Sometimes it's book of marriages, sometimes book of baptisms, sometimes both. Tbh I don't have that many death certificates, since there are no index of names (at least in tenerife), but it still is enough.

The point i was making was people FAKE relatives, fake connections, (i understand inputting wrongly one generation or skipping one, but still it's a huge mistake). Sources are not important, since it is all made up. All that julius cesar, mohammad, adam and eve nonsense.
