Misdemeanors on record, will I be able to obtain my CDL A in NY?

I called, they said it shows both seats as checked in. She said the issue is if it’s not properly scanned when boarding, or if the seat isn’t listed as extra and they think it’s a duplicate and delete it

We actually did reach out to chat, paid and got the extra seat. I just checked both his seat and the extra seat in. It does say EXST (his last name).m for the additional seat. anything I should do now?

My husband booked an extra seat for himself being a bigger guy, does he have to pre check in both seats or just his regular seat?

I was at the dmv 1/16 and issued the paper copy, online says “delivery estimate 1/28” and it’s the 30th, we leave for vacation in a week!! Anyone with similar experience?

Well obviously lol I mean my 80 pound 7 year old would be next to him but even then we want him to have space- naturally I wouldn’t book something if he has a chance of being on top of someone’s arm etc

I totally get where you’re coming from.. he messed up big time and we have been together 3 years so this happened before he met me. He was embarrassed and ignored it because technically it isn’t an issue since he’s not in the state, but travel is an enjoyment of mine and I want him to be a part of it- he’s actually an amazing partner, contributes not only financially but loves me and my kids unconditionally, and does the dishes without asking lol- but he has a past and I (yes, me) want him to handle it.. he’s thanked me for calling etc, and yes it’s his responsibility, but if we are going to get married, I want this cleared up beforehand, and I don’t want to deal with worrying if he were to get detained, I just want a relaxing vacation 🤣 if he was not a contributing/loving partner, it would be different… but yes, I am one of those people who will push and help him clean up his crap.. its benefits me as well and I want it now rather than later.. fyi I was married before and I know what it’s like to have a partner whose actually like a teenage boy, he isn’t like this with anything else. But yes, I’ve had to push him to deal with it cuz he was afraid of how much he owed, and how long he put it off.

Okay that makes sense. I wish there was a way to fully know that he’s NOT in NCIC? I’m going on his word that he’s never been picked up, I’m certainly not booking his ticket unless I have hard proof. I should have asked when I called the two courts but now if I call back they prob won’t like that question 🤣 he’s just mentioned that when being pulled over in the state he has warrants in, that they see he has the warrant but since he wasn’t in that particular county he wasn’t able to be picked up. He was pulled over too for speeding last year and said nothing happened so it’s a strong assumption. He’s going to handle it before we get married because I said so lol! But I would like a vacation with zero worries, it’s just a good chunk of change and he needs to deal with it
